IntheUK for example, if you are under 16, the doctor is required by law to update your parents or has the legal right to refuse to treat you without a parent present.
Other than that, everything you tell a doctor is confidential and is never passed onto someone else. Doctors are bound by a law, a doctor-patient confidentiality law, which means s/he cannot give out information, medical or otherwise, about patients.
If you need to see a doctor, you should do so. Anything you say or tell them is strictlyconfidential and secret and will never be shared (unless you are underaged).
