Well..... there are blueberrys which an actual fact are purple! But does mold count?

.......................................

Apparently you are not familiar with the blue corn of the American Southwest. Cornmeal and corn flour made from blue corn is entirely natural and produces Excellent - and very blue - corn chips, corn bread, etc.

"Red Onions and "Red Cabbage" are both natural foods and often turn blue when cooked, as I learned when I included red cabbage in a biscuit-topped casserole.

Regarding mold, I would consider the blue cheeses to be blue foods, and they can be "natural" depending on how the cheese is (or is not) processed. . . . starrskitchen.com

DUCK EGG BLUE IS NATURAL X AND BLUE BERRIES ARE BLUE NOT PURPLE!

The following are indigo (purplish-blue) fruits:

Sloe, blueberry, damson, bullace, & huckleberry. The 3 you've probably never heard of are all in the plum family.
