How do you teach Knowledge?

Terminology review:

Knowledge is not taught, content is taught. Once the content is learned by a person, it is then knowledge held by that person.

ITT Tech has a commercial airing for Paralegal Content and the voiceover says that they "teach knowlege". It is technically correct but awkward - not the way scholars convey the concept of learning.
