What is Caius's power in Twilight?

I think his power is that he can see relationships. Like when he saw Bella and Edward together the first time in New Moon, he was surprised at how strong their relationship was and how much they truly felt for each other. dont put money on it tho cuz i may be getting him confused with Caius.
