How do you change your rider in midnight club 3?

I have this game for PS2 i got a PS3 and got Midnight Club Los Angeles so I don't play it much. But I think you go to the garage and choose your bike and play around with the different settings and stuff. I know theres a cheat code to get a rider and his heads on fire. check out cheatcc.com if you want. I hope this helps
