About a 100 miles, 55 miles from Negril to Montego Bay and another 45 miles to Ocho RiOS and Dunns River Falls. Budget 3 and half to 4 hours to make the trip as driving in Jamaica IS NOT LIKE DRIVING IN THE USA.
