Well according to the "mass body index" you are not overweight. However, it depends on what you really want to know. Do you want to know if you are overweight or "fat". (I put fat in quotes because this is a very subjective term).
This is a really difficult question because there are so many factors that determine the answer to this question. First off, if you are lean and most of your mass is muscle, you might weigh more than other people who are the same height as you. If by overweight you really want to know if you are healthy or not, you should find out what % of your body is fat. That's a more accurate indicator of whether you are healthy or not. Also, if you feel you are just "big" this could have to do with your body structure and how your parents' bodies look.
The most important thing is that you shouldn't worry about it unless your doctor is concerned about your weight. Nowadays our media portrays anything that isn't stick skinny as something undesirable, but really that's not true. It's not healthy to be as thin as that idea celebrity image and it's almost impossible. I know it's hard to have that image of perfection in your head and not be able to look just like that. Be happy with your body shape and weight because really, weight is just a number.
I've felt and still do feel a lot like you might if you're worried about this. I'm a girl and I'm 18, 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds. I worry a lot about weight and how I look as well, and at this point I'm really not satisfied. However, it's important to remember that you should be happy with how you are and that really how hot/sexy you are has nothing to do with your weight, it's about your confidence. This sounds really cliche, but it is so true: If you believe in yourself, you will be considered hot/sexy.
