Is there any particular ethnic group that is at more risk for cri-du-chat syndrome?

Cri Du Chat (Cree-Dew-Shaw) Syndrome shows up much in Eastern countries. It happens rarely in North America, but had shown up in the late 1990's quite a bit. It shows up mainly in India and Central Africa, though.
