What is a good thesis sentence for freedom of speech?

While most of us agree with the First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech, there are times when there might need to be some limitations; the Supreme Court has been asked to decide this question, as they consider a legal case involving an angry ex-husband who went on his Facebook page and wrote death threats towards his former wife.
