Brake jobs are not a job to be done without a Manual. Your life and the lives of others and the life of your Automobile depend on them.
Please purchase a Manual and do the job correctly. Or Hire someone who can.
Loosen the lug nuts by turning them counterclockwise 1/2 turn.
Raise the Focus up and put it on jack stands. To do this, place the floor jack under the the Focus and jack up on the front jack point. Then, place the jack stands under the front pinch welds and lower the Focus onto the jack stands.
Continue to remove the lug nuts and then remove the wheel.
Remove the caliper mounting bolts holding the caliper in place.
Lift the caliper off the hub assembly and secure it with zip ties to the coil springs above the brake assembly.
Remove the brake pads. You may need to tap them out with a rubber mallet.
Press the caliper piston back into the caliper. Place the face of a brake pad against the caliper piston and squeeze the piston back into the caliper using the c-clamp.
Insert new brake pads and reassemble the brake system.
NOTES
Ensure the disc is clean and free of oils and dirt
Use threadlocker on the caliper bolts to prevent them from losening while driving or heavy braking.
Bleed the brake fluid lines to remove and air bubbles. Air could cause soft pedals or dead zones during braking.
Put the wheel back on, finger tighten lug nuts. Lower the vehicle, and torque the lug nuts to 100 foot-lbs with a torque wrench.
