What is the statue in front of the White House?

The statues that are in front of the Library of Congress are called the Court of Neptune. They are not only statues, but a working fountain. It is made up of three bronze castings and is about 50 feet wide. The middle statue is of King Neptune while the two on each side of him are sea nymphs riding on seahorses.
