How can the Recovery Console be accessed if it wasn't installed before a problem occurred?

If the Recovery Console was not installed prior to encountering a problem, it can still be accessed by using a Windows installation CD or a recovery disk. Boot from the installation media and select the option to repair your computer, which will lead you to the Recovery Console. From there, you can execute commands to troubleshoot and fix issues with the operating system. Alternatively, for newer versions of Windows, you can use the Advanced Startup Options to access recovery tools.
