It could be possible. If your ovaries are still producing eggs and one of these eggs finds its way to your uterus and it gets fertilized by sperm you will get pregnant. Even though the percentage is very low there have been cases of people both men and women that had their "tubes tied" and still had the ability to procreate. Most of these cases can be attributed to operations that were not performed properly in the first place or were performed in a way that could be reversed later on.
