You make a male and a female and you put them relax on the same bed. Just if they are married or enganged you can do that...stay on one of them and click on the other and then "try for a baby" This is but you can make twins just if you write the cheat (ctrl+shift+c) then write twinzr2cute when the woman makes them and after the two lovers finished the "try for a baby".
