What is the use of turbo inter cooler?

When the turbo compresses the air it also gets warmer. The intercooler cools the air after it's been compressed but before it enters the cylinders. Cooler air has a higher density, which means you can get more air into the engine. With more air you can burn more fuel, and when you burn more fuel the engine makes more power.
