Why is Kol Mikaelson afraid of Silas?

Koh is afraid of Silas because Silas will raise hell therefore meaning he will raise the dead. Kol does not want Silas to raise the dead which means that any witch, werewolf, vampire, or human can come back and that would end up in a big bloody mess.
