Will the guy you like give you and only you a long stare and look straight at you a few times in class no matter where you sit for a year if he does not like you?

I don't think there is any answer to this question, and you should go talk to him about it. Don't be shy, go up to him and ask straight out if he likes you! If you are afraid, maybe ask a friend to do it (although be wary of this option)
