What are the disadvantages of charities?

Disadvantages to Charity can include:

-Some of the money donated to charity will have to go to expenses and shipping instead of going all directly to the person in need.

-Many restrictions on what can be donated and what is given to the person in need.

-This is certainly not the case 100% of the time, but there are some circumstances in which people may become too comfortable in their dependence on charities that they do not care enough to work for themselves.

-Donations are not specific, and often cover a large field of needy areas. So for example instead of one person getting $100, a large number of people will only receive 20 cents each.
There are quite a few disadvantages of charity. A few of the disadvantages are aggressive campaigning, fraud, and self defeating charities.
