How do you remove the rear two seats in a 1995 Mercury Villager?

First, bring the seat backs all the way forward (so they make a stool seats.) On each of the middle seat "Captain's chairs" there are two levers. There is one on each side of the seat at the hinge facing front. One is on the "outside" of the seat and the second lever is on the "inside" of the seat.
