How do you reset sansa connect?

Step1: What you'll want to do is Make sure you have the player charging for about half an hour (or when the battery is at about 30-40%).

*It's better to charge your player a little more as it draws more power from the battery when it reboots.

Step2: Press and Hold in the "power" button for roughly 20-30 seconds.

This will force the Player to Perform A Hard Reboot and shut down.

Step3: You should see black screen and it should show "sansa" Once you see that screen It will take your playere 20-30 seconds to fully reboot.

Try the sandisk site, get the Sansa Connect recovery tool and follow the directions.
