What does Red blood look like in an Isotonic Solution?

In an isotonic solution, red blood cells maintain their normal shape and size because the concentration of solutes outside the cells is equal to that inside. This balance prevents water from moving in or out of the cells, resulting in no swelling or shrinkage.
