The "normal" temperature of a processor can greatly vary between computers, but from what i've heard:

20°C (68°F) to 29°C (84°F) is a bit low, but operable

30°C (86°F) to 50°C (122°F) would be in the "normal" range

51° (124°F) to 79°C (174°F) would be slightly high (but usually occurs during stress e.g, gaming)

80°C (176°F) to 90°C (194°F) and above, is extremely dangerous, immediately shut off your computer, these temperatures may lead to damages to various parts of your PC (motherboard, CPU etc.)

My CPU usually idles around 32°C, and when i'm gaming, it usually hits between 45°C-50°C. I also have an after-market heatsink and multiple exhaust fans which help with the temperature.
