What are the different kinds of batik?

The Word batik in is Indonesian. It is a cloth that is wax-resit dyeing. Traditional colours are indigo, dark brown and white. Certain patterns can only be worn by nobility.

In some Indonesian schools batik have to be worn every Friday.
