The 613 commandments written in The Bible are called Mitzvot (commonly written/transliterated as Mitzvoth, Mitzvos, Mitzvahs, mitsvas etc.) which means commandment in biblical hebrew.

The rest of Jewish law, which includes biblical commandments and laws, customs etc. of the Rabbis are called in general Halachah (Halakah, Halacha, etc.) which literally means 'the way.'
