How do you unnlock marine resort on Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time?

After you finish the Darkrai battle you do 4 jobs then you will see manaphy. he will ask to join your team. say yes. after that do 3 more jobs and manaphy will wake you up and tell you about the marine resort.

P.S. all of the Pokemon there are level 12-16 easy
