Where do you get the herb fish for harvest moon tree of tranquility?

If you want good herb fish or better, you have to get at least one fish that is worth more than 100 gold. Once you get four fish of any kind depending on what grade you want your herb fish to be, you put it in the oven with any herb. (only one herb)
