Is there anything to help get liquor out faster?

drink a lot of water, around a gallon THIS WILL MAKE YOU PEE!! It will not sober you up.

Alcohol goes into your blood, and the only way to get it out is to wait -- your body can handle one drink per hour -- any more than that, and you'll be drunk.
