In almost every instance, a tenant cannot affirm their own residency. The exception to this would be through the provision of evidentiary documentation, e.g., copy of lease, copy of telephone bill, gas bill, electric, etc.

c) A copy of my telephone bill
d) The contact details for my landlord, who does not, by policy, provide written confirmations of tenancy.
