From not drinking enough water. Even when we do not think that we are thirsty we need to drink water because if we don't our body will become dehydrated. Sometimes our body does not know how to tell us that it needs more water and in order for us to help it out we need to continuously drink water throughout the day, especially if we are outside or doing any physical activity.
You are more likely to become dehydrated in hot weather because when it's too hot, you start to sweat which makes it harder for you to keep most of the water in your body, so even though it's blazing hot outside as if you were in a dessert, it is better to keep your clothes on so it keeps the sweat from coming out as fast and to keep you safe from dehydration.
