What are the c10 cat injecter settings and valve lash settings?

As per the service manual:

With Cylinder #1 at TDC compression stroke, adjust #3 injector adjustment screw clockwise until it contacts the injector, then turn an additional 180 degrees and tighten lock nut. Repeat for #5 and #6. The engine then needs to be turned over 360 degrees until cyl. #1 is at TDC exhaust stroke. Cylinders 1, 2 and 4 can be adjusted. The valve lash settings (engine cold) are .012-.018" intake and .022-.028 for the exhaust.
