How do you remove a toilet paper holder from the wall?

Do you mean from the toilet (as in you flushed it down)? Well, if this is what you mean, I'll tell you how. If it was recently and it's STILL in there, then ATTACK IT WITH THE PLUNGER!!! If this isn't what you mean, then I can't aswer that... but in terms of the other answer, if it's still in the toilet and it hasn't caused any problems, then either A) by some MIRACLE it managed to get past the toilet loop and is stuck in another spot, allowing the "logs" to get past, or B) the first one (A) did happen, but the toilet thing went down into the rest of the toilet system.
