How do you get 100 percent on Resident Evil 5?

Complete all main storyline missions, side missions, character missions, unique stunt jumps, and kill all 200 'flying rats'.

(You will probably need to use the guide book or an online guide to find all of the unique stunt jumps and flying rats.)
