How do you get on top of the fridge in shrink ray island?

To reach the fish food in the living room, you need to use the green balloon.

Get the screwdriver from the kitchen drawer and use it to put the battery from the toy truck into the TV remote control. Press the green button to turn on the TV, then climb up to the antenna on top, where you will get a static charge. Now jump down to the TV and across to the green balloon on the left side. You will stick to the balloon and it carries you to the picture frame. Jump down left to the fish food shelf, and spill some into the aquarium. Then you can turn off the filter (aerator) and reach the treasure chest at the bottom of the tank.
