If You Still Feel Concerned , Not Just About Your Weight , But About The Way You Look , Its Not At All Hard To Change! Try Cutting Down A Bit On Your Chocolates , Biscuits , Takeaways And Chips, Dont STOP Eating Them , Have Them In Moderation. Replace All Those With Rice , Pasta , Veg and Fruit!
For Example , Instead Of Having Chicken And Chips , Have A Chicken Salad!
Of Course , Exercise Helps Too! Try Bikeriding Around Your Local Park , Or Taking A Run Down To The Nature Reserve! Exercise Dosent Have To Be Boring, Wii Fit Is Great Fun! So Is ' Your Shape ' For Kinect , Xbox 360! If You Do Feel You Need To Change , Change While You Can. Im Starting All Of These Activites , With Help From My Family!
