Where does it refer to a rottweiler as the devil's dog in the Bible?

Nowhere. There is no mention of specific breeds of any animal in scripture, and the thought that any animal created by God is the pet of the devil is lunacy. Remember, Genesis 1:25--"God made the wild animals according to their kinds....And God saw that it was good."

What is good to God cannot serve evil.
