Can you put dragonkin ally cards in a monster deck in World of Warcraft trading card game?

You can put dragonkin in monster decks, however, I can not tell you whether they would actually COUNT as monsters I.E. Using "Monstrous Heal" probably wouldn't count against Neferian, but I'm looking into this myself.
