How many miles per gallon does a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2.4 L get?

I can only remember checking my mileage one time and it was basically all on a 4-lane highway. I used the cruise and went 5-7 mph over the posted 65 mph speed limit and averaged just a hair under 29 mpg. That was with the headlights and radio on, too.
