Where is hood latch on 2005 Scion?

The hood latch on a 2005 Scion is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. You will find a small lever or pull tab that you need to pull to release the hood. After pulling the lever, move to the front of the vehicle and locate the secondary latch in the center of the grille area under the hood to fully open it.
