Can cats spread disease to dogs?

Yes only if the cat licks the other dog or has sex with it I've heard stuff from the vet I'm a vet acctually I know alot about dogs and cats what they have and what is wrong with them well heres some advice darl..well your two animals need to not sleep together or even if their in love they can never sleep together that's some information well there you go
