What do you when your face is dry and you peel all of the skin off your face and now your face is raw?

Neosporin. Don't wash your face. Don't use lotion either. Use neosporin plus pain. Nothing else. It's fine to take a shower and get it wet but that will be the ONLY time you can get it wet.
