1995 Chevy 350 im not getting the signal to spray fuel to your injectors what would cause that my pump is working and im getting fuel its not the ecm ignition mod or oil pressure?

I would first check and see if you have fuel pressure, with a fuel gauge. should read 9 to 13 LBS. on gauge.
You can listen to see if the fuel pump is running by removing the gas cap and have someone to turn the key on while you listen at the gas cap. Pump should run. If not then check fuel pump relay and the fuel pump fuse. Those are under a black cover mounted on the passenger side of the fire wall. You must have fuel pressure before the injectors will pulse.
Check these things first. If you don't find the problem here then YOU will need to ask your question again.
