Who owned the house of the Last Supper?

The owner of the home in which the "Last Supper" was served belonged to a man whom Jesu knew. This man was obviously a person of certain wealth since he owned a home that contained a second floor.

“Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.’ “

Onlyone man can fit this description-Joseph Mathius, better known as Joseph ben Matityahu (Biblical Hebrew: יוסף בן מתתיהו, Yosef ben Matityahu. This man was probably related to Jesus, a cousin, perhaps. The Gospel of Luke ascribes to Joseph Ben Matityahu as the model for which Jesus, as a child, reads from the Holy Scriptures at the age of 12 rather than 13, quite possibly as the Bar Mitzvah of Jesus.
