Where is present day Aram?

Present-day Aram corresponds to parts of modern-day Syria, particularly in the region of the ancient city of Damascus and its surrounding areas. Historically, Aram was a kingdom mentioned in The Bible, often associated with the Arameans. The territory encompassed regions along the Euphrates River and parts of northern Mesopotamia.
