Assuming that by "fags" you mean "cigarettes", there is no real limit however if you transport large quantaties of cigarettes then you may be questioned by a customs officer and if you are unable to prove that they are for your own use then they ,and any vehicle used to transport them, may be consficated. Spain however has it's own regulations. If you are moving large quantatiesof duty paid cigarettes (800 to 1200) then documentation will be asked to be provided. If you are moving even larger quantaties (1200 and over) then a form known as a Documento de Acompanamiento will have to be produced.
Otherwise, humans need passports to leave Spain, regardless of whether they are straight or gay.
