It depends how old you are but if you are 10 or older and younger than stop watching the shows your parents watch or stop watching innaproprate Words or if you dad or mom is on the phone then leave and then come back when they are done last thing you can try is ask them this "can you try to stop watching cursing shows". if none of thoes dom't work then just cover your ears.
