The baby grows in the mom's womb (woom) until it is ready to be born.

The baby is born by leaving the womb inside of a muscular tube called the birth canal. The birth canal is normally closed along its length, but has the astounding ability to stretch big enough for an entire baby to go through it. After that, the birth canal closes back down to its normal size. The birth canal opening to the outside is located directly between the mom's legs, between the peeing and pooping parts.
