Where do trilo bites live?

Trilobites lived in a variety of marine environments during the Paleozoic Era, primarily in shallow seas. They inhabited ocean floors, often near the shore, and thrived in environments ranging from sandy to muddy substrates. Some species are believed to have occupied deeper waters as well. Trilobites are now extinct, but their fossil remains provide insight into the ancient marine ecosystems where they once lived.
