Are there sprays to stop dogs from marking in house?

Not really; the marking is actually a behavioral/training issue. Hire an expert dog trainer who specializes in "positive training" to come over and teach you how to solve the problem. It should take about 1-2 weeks of consistent training with the trainer's instructions.
