How do i reset key fob for a 1998 Volvo v40?

Hi, so far the only option is to go to a dealer with is something lame like:

+ 37.00 for the key

+ 37.00 for the to cut the key

+100.00 for the dealer/service to program

------------------

174.00 for a key. Hmmmmmm, no wonder these companies(Volvo) which is really Ford are having a rough time.

Anyhow,

use a 556UTransponder Bypass Kit.

This will allow you to buy a key and have it cut and used without programming.
