Bronchoplasty is surgical repair of a bronchus.
Bronchial defect - the bronchi are the two air tubes leading to the lungs, and there are several defects. For example, there could be a blockage or tiny tear of some kind, or there might be a congenital (inherited) defect which might best be treated surgically - using the knife.
